Aceteff is now back in stock and has been supplied to AAH. They are ready to take orders.
The CMU and DHSC have also been informed of this return to normal working. Customers purchasing under the CMU Framework Agreement should return to purchasing from AAH and stop using the temporary supply arrangements made to cover the shortage.
In order to comply with the requirements of the Falsified Medicines Directive each Aceteff pack of 30 tablets is tamper-evidently sealed, serial-numbered and with the details encoded in a 2-D barcode.
In addition, the Marketing Authorisation has been transferred to Dunelm Pharmaceuticals Limited in the UK, the packs show this new address and Product Licence number, PL 36892/0002.
The new SmPC and Package Leaflet are available here.
Again we must apologise to all our Customers and Patients as we are experiencing further delays in the supply chain of Aceteff. This new delay means we will not receive stock until late in August 2020.
The Department of Health and Social Care have already been informed.
For NHS Trust Customers in England temporary supply arrangements remain in place. NHS Trust Customers that have already purchased Aceteff via AAH will also be contacted individually very shortly.

As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact across the globe, I wanted to tell you about the steps we have taken, and to assure you that you can continue working with Dunelm Pharmaceuticals during this challenging period.
We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 since the beginning of the year and are following the advice of the UK and Irish Governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the wellbeing of our employees whilst keeping the business functioning.
Our office staff now work remotely. We are able to do this with little interruption to day to day activities or to our ability to provide services and support to you.
Our warehouses remain open and operational, which allows us to continue to receive products and despatch them to Customers, we anticipate some delays in carriage but these will be minimal.
Continuity of service and ensuring that medicines reach patients without disruption remains a top priority.
Thank you for reading this message. We will provide further updates if any changes to our service become necessary.
We hope that you and your families are, and remain, safe and well.
Our new model has been developed in response to user feedback gathered over the last two years. The new spray head and trigger mechanism provide even more precise delivery, giving users improved control than before and reducing the amount of gas used to treat a lesion. A new locking mechanism helps prevent wastage of gas during handling and improves safety.
Together these developments will lead to more economic use and we trust, to better patient responses.
